Nancy Wahl-Scheurich, LEED AP – Founder and CEO
Nancy Wahl-Scheurich draws on more than 25 years of sales and marketing experience,
having held key roles in international product management, international sales, and
international marketing in the software industry. When her first child was born,
Nancy opened her own consulting business and took on assignments ranging
from international product management and corporate account management
for software companies to account management for a boutique advertising
agency. In addition to her consulting work, she taught various Marketing
classes at California State University Monterey Bay from 2003 to 2009.
Prior to founding LittleFootprint Lighting, Nancy served as vice-president,
International Sales, at General LED.
Nancy is a LEED Accredited Professional and a member of the U.S. Green Building Council.
She earned a BA in Inter-American Studies and French and a BS in Business Administration
at the University of the Pacific. She has an MS in Marketing from California State University
Long Beach. She is fluent in Spanish, French, and German.
Cecelia Lobdill, CPA – Founder and CFO
Cecelia Lobdill has more than 20 years of experience as a financial professional with expertise in accounting, business planning and analysis, and administration. Cecelia has been a consultant to numerous startup companies in the high technology sector for the past 10 years, serving as interim or acting CFO for companies like Planitax, Inc., Amicronix, Inc., PDT, Wynd Communications (now a GoAmerica company), and Surveyor Corporation. Prior to that, Cecelia held several senior management positions in high technology companies, including XTree Software and Wyse Technology. She most recently acted as corporate controller for General LED, Inc. She began her career in accounting with Coopers and Lybrand and is a certified public accountant in the State of California. Cecelia holds an MBA from the University of California Los Angeles and a BA from Stanford University.
Kai Jaffe – Industrial Designer
Kai Jaffe is a sustainable design thinker who strives to help companies create breakthrough products that benefit not only their bottom line but the consumer and the planet as well. By combining a company’s strategic brand vision with the cultural needs of the user, he is able to facilitate the creation of financially successful, functional products.
Kai has an MID from Pratt Institute and a BA from Vassar College. He lives in the Bay Area with his wife and daughter and can be contacted at kaijaffe@gmail.com.
Korhan Tekin – Design Engineer
Korhan Tekin is the founder and principal of Damgudesign, a global product development consultancy whose objective is providing world-class product development services. Korhan has a broad range of experience collaborating with a number of high-technology companies in the medical, automotive, computing, and consumer electronics industries, having designed products for such companies as Intel, Motorola, Toyota, Ford, and Nike. His projects have received numerous awards, including “Best of Comdex,” “Best of CES,” the “Medical Design Excellence Award,” and the Chicago Design Athenaeum’s “Good Design Award.” His experience with Pro/ENGINEER, the world’s premiere 3D product development system, totals more than 18 years in designing, engineering, and documenting distinct, highly complex, leading-technology products for a diverse range of industries.

Jay Leggett – Lighting Designer
Jay Leggett is the founder of Lighting Design Solutions llc, a full-service lighting design consultancy that has handled more than 700 major projects, designed and completed, in the past 14 years. Jay has more than 20 years of experience in lighting design and 15+ years in construction management, architecture and lighting/electrical engineering. He has a degree in Architecture from University of Houston.
