Our business philosophy is to tread lightly on our environment.

We will always strive to use the most environmentally friendly materials, processes, and partners available. If the most environmentally friendly choices seriously deter our ability to attract customers and/or to make a profit, we will compromise by finding the “next best choice.”

We strive to support green jobs in the USA by manufacturing in California and by seeking
out parts and materials that are made in the USA. Rather than assuming we need to
go overseas to obtain the cheapest parts and labor to maximize profits and keep
prices low, our approach is simply to build the cost of buying American into our
financial plan from the start.

By working efficiently, keeping our operation lean, and sticking to a “less is more” approach,
we can “keep it local” and still offer good value to our customers while earning a profit.

We will not enter into manufacturing or marketing activities whose net
environmental impact cannot be shown to be positive.
